I can't find any key that will allow me to harvest the corpse. you have to keybind the offhand to a keyboard key, then equip the knife, wich always is an offhand, then crouch or stand over the corpse and stab it repeatedly. The icon to harvest appears, however, I can find no way to harvest. I’m sure I’m missing something.
